Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Geetha Kiran Makeover Studio & Academy, we aim to deliver excellent makeup, hairstyling, saree draping, jewellery rental, and professional training services. This policy explains our refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms.

2. General Policy

Bookings and enrolments involve planning and resource allocation. Once confirmed, fees are generally non-refundable, except as outlined below.

3. Service Bookings (Makeup, Hairstyling, Draping, Jewellery Rental)

• Advance payments for bridal, party, or event makeup are non-refundable once the date is confirmed.
• Genuine emergencies may allow rescheduling to another date at our discretion.
• If an artist is unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellations within 7 days of an appointment are not eligible for refunds.

4. Class & Course Enrollments

• Course fees are non-refundable after enrollment confirmation.
• Students may request batch rescheduling subject to availability.
• If the academy cancels a course, students may opt for a full refund or transfer to another batch.
• Certification/L.A.P.T London verification fees are non-refundable once processed.

5. Jewellery on Rent (Shridevi Bridal Zone)

• A security deposit may be collected and refunded upon safe return of items.
• Refunds processed within 7 working days after verification.
• Damage or loss may lead to deductions from the deposit.
• If the rented jewelry is not returned on or before the committed return date, additional daily charges will apply and will be deducted from the security deposit

6. Mode of Refund

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI or other offline methods).
• Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Client preference-based dissatisfaction after service completion.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of appointment.
• Partial attendance or unnotified absences for classes.

8. Rescheduling Policy

• Reschedule requests should be made at least 7 days prior for bridal bookings and 3 days prior for regular appointments.
• Class reschedules may be allowed once per student subject to availability.
